If a registrant is unable to attend the conference/workshop someone else from the same organization could attend at no additional costs (provided that the fee has been paid for).

Conference fee and payment conditions:

  • Exhibitors: 600 EUR
  • Regular 3-day registration fee: 510 EUR (single room) or 460 EUR (double room)
  • Accompanying person fee 460 EUR

The ICAPT-8 conference fee covers the following:

  • accommodation in the conference hotel (2 nights)
  • attendance to scientific sessions for one person (17th and 18th)
  • electronic abstract booklet, conference program, and information materials
  • refreshments during breaks
  • transport from/to Brnik international airport upon request (add 10 EUR for one-way and 20 EUR for two-way option)
  • social events during networking on the 16th and 17th

If the participant is also attending the 3rd Workshop on Plasma Applications for Smart and Sustainable Agriculture, the attendance fee and payment conditions are:

The registration fee can be paid only by bank transfer.

    Liability

    Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 8th International Conference on Advanced Plasma Technologies (ICAPT-8). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
