8^th International Conference on Advanced Plasma Technologies (ICAPT-8)

After turbulent COVID times, we cordially invite you to the 8^th International Conference on Advanced Plasma Technologies (ICAPT-8), organized by the Slovenian Society for Vacuum Technique and Plasmadis Ltd.

This year the meeting will be held in Hotel Špik in Gozd Martuljek from May 16^th–18^th, 2023, and is joined together with the annual Workshop of the EU COST Action “CA19110 Plasma applications for smart and sustainable agriculture” that will be held at the same location from May 14^th–16^th.

The meeting will represent an excellent forum for the presentation and discussion of new achievements in the following topics: Basic aspects of plasma technologies, Characterization and modeling, Plasma-surface interactions, Plasma technologies in traditional industries, Plasma technologies in biology, medicine, and stomatology, Plasma technologies in agriculture, Powerful discharges for rapid surface modifications, Environmental aspects of plasma technologies. All talks will be given only by invited speakers. Other participants can participate by poster presentation.

The ICAPT-8 Conference will comprise general and topical invited lectures as well as a poster session. The Workshop will highlight recently introduced plasma technologies as well as possible applications of novel results on the industrial scale.
