Registration
All participants are required to register. Please fill out the form below (all fields are required). If you are arriving by car or bus, or you don’t yet know the arrival/departure date, please fill in “-” and send the requested data later to conferences@plasmadis.com.
The registration fee for participants without accommodation is 550 EUR.
The registration fee for invited speakers with accommodation is 900 EUR.
A regular fee for contributed oral or poster presenters is 1000 EUR, and a student fee is 800 EUR. These packages include the same benefits as the package for invited speakers.
Add 40 EUR for the return trip from Ljubljana (city or Jože Pučnik airport) to the hotel (or 20 EUR for a one-way trip).
Registration fee for all participants with accommodation includes:
- Four nights accommodation at hotel Best Western, Kranjska Gora;
- Welcome cocktail, refreshments during breaks, and workshop dinner;
- Evening cocktails with social events;
- Typical Slovenian food;
- Return shuttle transfer from Ljubljana airport to the meeting site (if paid).
340 EUR is the registration fee for an accompanying person sharing the room with an invited speaker.

All participants are required to pay the registration fee preferably by bank transfer before 30th April 2022.

When transferring the registration fee, please include the transaction fees of the bank and make sure that the full registration fee is received to the account.
Please do not forget to write transfer purpose: FAMILY NAME—IUVSTA WS 2022.
When the fee has been transferred, please send an e-mail message with the name of the participant(s), date of the transfer, and the transferred sum to email address conferences@plasmadis.com.
Please do not forget to take a copy of your bank transfer receipt with you to the meeting.
Cancellation policy
If a registrant is unable to attend the workshop someone else from the same organization could attend at no costs. If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Registrations cancelled more than 25 days before the workshop will be refunded in the amount of 90% of the registration fee;
- Registrations cancelled less than 24 but more than 14 days before the workshop will be refunded in the amount of 30% of the registration fee;
- Registrations cancelled less than 13 but more than 7 days before the workshop will be refunded in the amount of 20% of the registration fee;
- Registrations cancelled less than 6 days before the event or “no show” will not be eligible for a refund.
