Rogla is a ski resort in Slovenia, located on the southwestern face of Rogla mountain in the municipality of Zreče. The main hotel and sport area opened in 1975 at an elevation of 1,517 m above sea level.


The closest airport is Jože Pučnik – Brnik Airport (Ljubljana, Slovenia). It is about 100 minutes car drive from Rogla with good connections to all major European airports.

Transportation from Jože Pučnik – Brnik airport or Ljubljana will be arranged for meeting attendees upon request and payment.

If you would like to travel yourself there are several options:

  • organized transport from Ljubljana or Jože Pučnik – Brnik airport that costs 40 EUR both ways;
  • rent-a-car at Ljubljana airport;
  • rent a car through internet somewhere in Ljubljana and take a shuttle transport from Jože Pučnik – Brnik airport to Ljubljana. Shuttles are parked right outside the arrival zone and it shouldn’t cost more than 10 EUR. Tell the shuttle driver to drop you off at the location of your reserved rent-a-car;
  • arrive at another international airport and rent a car.

For those coming by car, take motorway exit Slovenske Konjice and follow brown Rogla street marks as you drive on a regional road. It is about 20 km from the motorway exit to Rogla.
